PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING YOUR TICKET.
Hi Everyone, only a few weeks now until tickets go on sale on February 1st 10:30am.
Patrick and i have thought long and hard on how to solve the problems of
TCRVI and without losing too much of the feeling, and here is what will be changing.
1. You may only attend TCRVII riding a pre-1989 motorcycle, NO new bikes,
NO cars, vans, trailers etc (unless you are working at the show). If you arrive on
anything other than a pre-1989 bike you will not be permitted to enter the event
regardless if you have bought a ticket and no refund will be given.
2. We will NOT be sending out tickets in the mail anymore, as you arrive
you will be met at the gate by a staff member who will ask for your name,
once checked off the list you will be given a ticket/bracelet, sticker and trash bag.
3. On February 1st when tickets go on sale you may only purchase one ticket
at a time, as each ticket bought must have a name given.
4. As previously mention, you will be given a trash bag as you enter the show,
we very kindly ask you to use them and as you leave the show please place
the bag in the large trash container placed at the entrance to the campsite.
Please remember that the campsite is used to keep animals.
5. 500 tickets will be on sale February 1st at a cost 400DKK.
Ticket are only available online, no tickets will be for sale at the gate.
Patrick and i ask for everyones help this year. We need your help
to protect TCR, so if have a friend, girlfriend, boyfriend or club member
who plans to turn up without ticket, please tell do your part to stop them.
Im sorry to those that are unable to attend due to the new rules,
I'm also sorry if my post has a strict tone, but we had little choice.
With all that said we are really looking forward to welcoming
you all to The Castle Run on May 31st 2019.
